My secondary receiver is a 311, which, according to the Tech Portal, is supposed to have either 4.11 or 4.12 software. It still has 3.58 (might be off a few digits). I'm wondering if that is causing my problem of having to download programming info if the receiver has been off overnight. In other words, if I turn it on and hit "guide," it nearly always has to download first. I guess I'll contact tech support about this.
