If I have two DVR's, does E* charge the DVR fee for each one? I currently have 2 DVR's, but one is a 721, which doesn't have a fee. I might end up with a pair of 622's.
This might be in the FAQ, but I'm too stupid to find it.

Per DVR, except for the 501, 508 and 721. The fee is waived if you have AEP. Whether you own or lease has no bearing on this fee.

501 and 508 have no fee no matter what programming package you have. Dish wised up after these and started adding the fees but these are grandfathered as they were advertised and sold with no PVR fees.
All PVR fees are indeed waived on all other PVR's with the AEP package.

You can try to get the dvr advantage plan where ONE of the dvr fees is waived . Either that or you can upgrade to AEP and NO DVR FEES. The 501/508/721 dvrs have no dvr fees at all.
hmm? I have 2 501 SD DVR and i get charged two DVR fees of 5.98 each....

If you really have 510 DVRs, they would have DVR fees. A 501 has a 40GB drive with about 30 hours of recording space and a 510 has something like 120GB drive with a lot more recording space.
501, 508, and 721 aren't charged a DVR fee. Make that "shouldn't be charged".

IF they are in fact a 501 or even a 508 dvr then you need to call and tell them to take off the fees , if that doesn't work then write an email to the ceo and get them to take it off.
