Does anyone else get an error message when you try to select the "Customer Support" option in the main menu or in Dish Home that states "A new Dish Interactive channel is comming soon. For Info on new channels, seethe Dish Interactive link at Dish network.com?" I have a 508 with the software 166. I called tech support several times and some CSR,s said this is not supposed to happen, some said it was. Like useual no straight answers.
