hughes executive directors pack still looses time

yes its me and im back. i`m still here pulln the plug every 5 days on my GCEB0A reciever because the clock wont keep time. now tell me this, how come i have had 6 thomson rca boxes hooked up and never had this problem. i have had 5 hughes gceboa boxes and the reciever just cant keep time after 5 days.looks like we have a software issue. i have been to other forums and several others have posted the same problem. i know you people worship directv but it really does need some improvement. I think most consumer electronics today is really garbage and i stay clear of best buys now.I got this new cell phone from AT&T wireless and its goin back too. it looks like a cheap piece junk, i will never give up my TDMA/analog cell phone. I am not a mental case.

Maybe you forgot to wind them. And you could just buy a clock, that is if you find one that isn't consumer electronics garbage.

I have talked to hughes about this, i have a few customers complaining about the same problem, they say that they are unsure of the problem or a solution yet, but they believe it is something on Directv's end. Maybe a solution will be made here soon.
