Guide frozen - no info - slow

Please advise your thoughts on what might be wrong here. My fairly new PVR508 (new in August) suddenly started experiencing VERY slow response in getting the channel guide to come up. Then the guide only shows "no info available" on every channel. Any request relative to the gide is SLOW, even page up or channel down. The remote is fine (although I had to reprogram the TV code for some reason). Other functions relative to PVR (record, changing channels) seem relatively normal. Suggestions?

There is currently a problem at Dish Network, this problem may be effecting your 508.

Stand by it should clear up for you once everything is fully restored at Dish Network.

I should have noted that this has been going on since Friday evening 9/20. Same issue?

Nope not the same issue.

Unplug your 508 from power for 15 minutes then plug it in, this should clear things up more.
