Which orbital slot has more room for new HD locals and RSN

I am going to get upgraded to HD soon and am trying to figure out which slot I stand the best chance of being able to get the Cleveland HD locals and Sportstime Ohio in HD once E* puts them on a bird. I know that no one knows where or when these things will get uplinked and offered to customers, but is their one orbital slot that has more room on it than the others, and would seem like that would be the likely candidate for future HD Local expansion?

129° is most likely where HD RSNs will end up (except those for east coast markets). HD locals may end up on 129°, 110° (if a spotbeam is available) or 118°.
