We had a windy day yesterday.

I had my AT9 installed in Early October. The installation was a nightmare and I know I have posted about it on this board, but I can't find the post right now.

Anyway - the installer ran 4 cables down one of the vinyl corner Channels (Vinyl Siding) from the upper level of the house.

Well those cables came loose yesterday in the wind and are now flapping around against the side of my house.

Here's my question for you veterans out there:

1. Should I have D* come out and fix this now? And WILL THEY?
2. Should I wait for D* to implement FTM and have them come redo the installation then?

Every time I talk (write) about this my blood pressure goes up, because I already have 4 wires drilled into the middle of my lower level roof.

Getting rid of those would be a plus.

Neither, fix it yourself. I don't think D* will come back for that. Not for free anyway. And who knows when SWM coming.

1b first. Yes they will send someone, but it may cost you. 1a. Have the protection plan? If so, sure call in a service call and have them fix it. If not be prepared to pay.

FTM/SWM or not, your still going to have those same four wires (holes) in your roof.
