I have had to reset my H10 because the guide data quit updating. I had to do it today and about 3-4 weeks ago.

My mother has the H10 and it is doing the same thing. That, and for whatever reason, it has started to randomly reset alot too. I wonder how much D* would charge for her to upgrade to the H20.

My guess would be they would give her one since she obviously has been a good customer for a good length of time. Plus they should install the 5 LNB dish free too.

I started experiencing this problem a couple of weeks ago. When I called it in to D* I was informed that it was a "known issue", that it was "being worked on" and that the only workaround was to not shut off the H10, as it is hanging at powerup when trying to update the guide. When the problem happens, the only way to get the guide is to reset the receiver.
