I have my HR20 installed yesterday and I can report than other than a installer with bad mud (he said he was going thorugh a divorce), all worked great..
HR20 work fine at the first try, dld latest s/w version, it's been a couple of days and so far so good!
Installer ran the second line for second tuner (I wasn't sure if that was included on the installation, as the run is at least 100-120 feet)...
Next step for me is to add storage!! As internal h/d is filling quickly, I just wish the feature of external HD as additional space instead of replacement of internet HD will be here soon!!
