Crutchfield Reccomendation

I do not work for Crutchfield...in fact years ago I used to compete with them.

Recently, I purchased 3 TVs, an AV Receiver, DVD and 3 HR20s from them. The service has been beyond great.

I have had numerous problems with the DVRs. Their tech support is great, friendly and helpful...and...most importantly, honest.

When a unit is defective they send a new one out immediately.

It has been a long time since I have dealt with a dealer that is as friendly as these guys.

Their pricing is competitive with the mass marketers and they're willing to cut a deal when you buy multiple items.

This is quite simply the best consumer electronics reseller I have ever dealt with.

I just got off the phone with them (they have to send me another HR20 replacement for a bad tuner) their rep told me they have plenty in stock.

Anyway...I have no financial stake in this...just wanted to pass a long a very pleasurable experience.

Even if you don't make your final purchase from Crutchfield, their web site is great for research. Lots of large photos of the electronics, you can often get a PDF user guide for what you're looking at, and very good hands-on reviews.
