No guide data on the new Chiller channel????

I have two H2O DirecTV receivers and neither of them are showing the guide data for the new DirecTV channel 257 "Chiller"????????

Does anyone know why or what I could do to get the info?

BTW: I also have an HR20 and it shows the guide data for channel 257 Chiller.

I also have a HD300 Sony DirecTV receiver and it also shows the guide data only the H2O receivers do not.

I have an H10 and originally the guide data and the channel were not showing. A simply reset fixed that. Everything is now well.
