Anyone else having issues with the channels on the 119 today? From what I know the 119 carries mostly locals (mine included) and my locals have been intermittent all day. They go out for a few seconds every few minutes.

Looking at the signal strength (on my R15), the transponders are constantly jumping between 11 and 96. This is happening on both of my receivers... and all the other channels seem to be fine.

Seems to be the same issue the people in this thread are having (http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?t=81526), but I'm nowhere near Virgina.

There are two periods a year when the sun passes behind the satellites and messes things up. It only lasts for a short time at any particular location.
