callerid not working after enabling network

Seems callerid stopped working on both my HR-20s once I added them to my network.:(

What happens if you reset your DVRs with them connected to your network? If that doesn't help, does Caller ID return if you disconnect the network?

RBR both boxes and now CallerID works. Well, for now :p
