24, Heroes partial recordings only (double disaster)

On Monday 3/5, my HD DirecTiVo recorded only the first 18 minutes of 24 and the first 28 minutes of Heroes using the OTA antenna. This is in Los Angeles where the weather is fine. Any ideas?

Yeah kill the receiver for messing up on 2 of the most important episodes

check the recording history might give you an answer but i doubt since they already started recording

Wile searching for a reason for why my HR10-250 only gave me the first 31 minutes of Heroes and only the first 20 minutes of 24 I came across your post. The only difference is I don't have a OTA antenna Heroes is on channel 82 and 24 is on 88 for me. I get both channels with my New York local package. I have NEVER had ANY problems with my HR10-250. When I got 6.3a it always worked flawless with no sound drop out's or anything. I didn't even no I got 6.3b until I just saw it there one day. If both these shows stopped recording at the same time I would have thought that maybe the receiver rebooted but both shows stopped recording at deferent times AND I did not loose my 30 second skip so there was no restart. If it happened to me and you there has got to be others. I just hope this is not the start of a much bigger problem. After this happened I checked to see if there was a software update and I noticed that I now have 6.3c and I am not sure when I got it but I herd that 6.3c is just for the day light savings time changes. Anybody know why we lost half of our shows?? I have a second HR10-250 that records the same exact shows and that one had no problems and that one also has the 6.3c update. Anyone with any info??? Is the disk full of recordings? There is a known intermittent problem with 6.3x releases for the HD DirecTiVo where the oldest recordings are not deleted, causing short or "deleted to make room" problems with new recordings.

I have room for over 1300 hours of SD TV and I know I am no where near that. I have recorded over 6 hours of TV after this has happened. Johnnny
