HR10-250 re-boots [Archive]

My HR10-250 reboots after every "Service Data Download".... is this by design? I don't really mind except that after a reboot I must reprogram the 30-second jump.

Mine rebooted yesterday while watching a recorded show--did it about 6:45 PM. Flaky thing. :(

No, it should not reboot after every service data download (which is done daily). That said, mine reboots on occasion, more often shortly after a software update.
