Newest Dish channels?

Can anyone point me to a list of the newest Dish Network channels that have just been added within the last 6 months or so?

Tony's channel list at www.dishchannelchart.com has a page (link is near the bottom) with all the channel changes and when they happened. Besides many locals, it's mainly the return of some PPV and PPV Sports channels, additions of Much Music and NatGeo, return of ESPN Classic and the WE/IFC split.
