Hi, I have 3 R15 Receivers and have never had a problem. The first one is very old I think maybe 2-3 years? Got it when they first can out. Second one about 1 year ago. And the last one when someone here posted a code for a free R15. Can't beat that. But the question I have is the remote. I need a uhf remote and need info. Thanks.

The very first R15's were released to the public in November of 2005, about 1-1/2 years ago. I've got one, which was manufactured in July 2005. (By the way, it is working just fine.)

As to RF remote, most R15's will work with an RF remote. Do a search in this forum, you will find multiple threads about how to set it up and make it work.
