Quick ??? Is it me or has the supply of the hr20-700 seemed to have dried up..had them all over at bestbuy,circuit city now in the Denver ,co area you can't find one? Only found crutchfield.com was only supplier on internet :confused:

Supplies of the HR20 seem to vary greatly from region to region. Some members have posted ample supplies in some parts of the country while other areas can't get them. You might want to call DirecTV directly and see how soon they can schedule you for an install. The local independant installers that D* contracts may have a better supply.

You'd get one faster if you just keep checking on your own. From what I've read DIRECTV isn't the fastrack to getting an HR20.

Thank you. What I ran into D* came out to install w/no receiver. Real nice guy to deal with. Told me I would be better off to find one on my own. He gave me new slimline ,all the setup specs. told him I've set-up a lot of dishes even up to 3 meter dishes. Gave me his cell phone said if had any problem call him at home. For some reason I thought that was pretty nice of him to do......

:confused: I can just setup the slimline and just use my hr 10 -250 and receive the three sats. till I get hr 20 ??

yes. The 5LNB is just a big Sat C.
