Deleting Multiple Episodes of the Same

Something that has been a pain since day one.. When attempting to delete an item from the playlist that has multiple episodes the delete will go through if the mult list is opened and an individual episode is selected.. However the pain part of it is that as the episode you just deleted goes away the highlighted bar goes to whatever physical position it was last on the screen rather than staying in the same show group you just deleted. This causes you to go looking for the remaining show(s).

Along the same lines it would be nice to delete all of a multiple episode listing from the main listing... If they were to throw in a fail safe that you had to open the multiple listing showing all episodes, but you could still go to the main listing and delete all episodes from there... Would be a nice thing...

As this box gets refined is it not about stability foremost and speed, efficiency natural common sense operation following closely behind.. ??

IIRC - This is one of the things that is currently corrected in the current CE version... so when that goes national... you shouldn't have that problem.


As another note... if you are deleting a lot of episodes, or want to delete the entire group... HIT MENU->Mark and Delete and you can check off all the ones you want to delete, and do them in one big swoop.
