This is the third time this has happend to me. I turn unit off (in stand by) and one of the 480i LED remains on. See picture below. I was switching channels from one of the HD channels back to a SD channel and I guess I hit the power off button before it switched resolutions. I use Native on.

This is a known issue. If the resolution changes while in standby to record a program, or in your case carry out a channel change apparently, then the new resolution's light comes on regardless of the unit being in standby.

needs to be "fixed" but no it won't hurt anything.
