I'm scheduled Friday in Ventura County for a 5LNB / HR20 replacement for my 2001-era dish. As per the wonderful FAQ here (thanks guys!), I called DTV to confirm the install date and window. I asked to whom the local install work order went, knowing that Ironwood and DirectSat service my areas. The DTV rep said it was assigned to "Mountain Satellite' which I had never heard of. As per the FAQ, I asked for the local office number and they gave me the Ironwood 800 number!
Does anyone have any experience with Mountain Satellite AKA Ironwood? I know about Ironwood in general, but DTV subs to Ironwood who in turn 3rd-tiers to Mountain?
