No Picture?

We were watching some TV this afternoon and the picture kept going black on and off. This occurred while watching live and recorded shows. The audio was working fine. Then finally the picture goes completely out. Again the audio is working fine. I did a hard reboot-no change. Changed the HDMI cable-no change. Checked the TV by watching OTA-HD and it work OK also.

Any idea what is going on?

What happens if you use the DVR's component video outputs instead of HDMI? The HR10-250 is known to have problems with its HDMI output hardware.

It worked fine for a few days, but went bad again today. I connected the component cables and it works fine. This may be a bargaining tool I can use to get a HR20 when I move in about 6 weeks.
