Installation Question

I can't really get away from work during the week to wait around for an install. If I have someone do the install on the weekend am I probably going to get a sub par contractor?
I have had some bad experiences in the past with installers in my area.

Does D* have actual D* employees who do installs or are they all sub-contracted out?
I just want this done once and done right. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

One more question. My Panny Plasma only has one HDMI input and I need two (one for my OPPO DVD player and one for the HR20). Does D* provide HDMI switch boxes or am I on my own for that?

The HDMI switcher you are on your own. Week day or Weekend I don't think there is any difference.
