View Full Version : 5 LNB Compatible with HR10-250?

I'm upgrading from my HR10 which just can't pull in the OTA with any reliability to an HR20 this coming weekend.
Currently have a 3LNB which is split into three condo units in our building. The other two also have the HR10 tivo.
Want to make sure that the 5 LNB dish will still support their tivo dvrs when it's replaced on the roof.

It is compatible. The 5lnb looks at the 3 sat orbitals that the 3lnb does + to more orbital locations. They will have everything they have now but will not gain any mpeg4 content.

The multiswitch will most likely have to be replaced. You need either the Zinwell WB68 (8 output) or WB616 (16 output) to support the signals from the 5-LNB dish.
