HR-20 Remote & Box Buttons Unresponsive

When watching a recorded Playlist show and then I delete the show after watching it, the screen that pops up is the Playlist along with the current "live" program playing in the PIP mode.

On two occasions, yesterday and today, while in the PIP screen, the HR-20 functions becomes non-responsive (meaning Remote and buttons on HR-20 do not work) yet you can still watch "live" tv in the PIP mode.

So to fix, I had to press the red reboot button on the HR-20.

Any suggestions on how to resolve or will this now become a daily occurrence for an HR-20 that is 3 weeks old.

So you've got "that one" going on do you.....
If doing the RBR doesn't clear it, you might have better luck with the "reset everything" option in the setup menu.
You will lose everything [recordings/settings/etc.] so it is kind of the last option.
If you've every had to reset your computer's bios, this is like that, along with a "quick format" of the drive.
Now have you had any "power glitches" in your area?
This "might" be how the problem started.
