Reprogram Remote?

What I'm looking for is a code/procedure to reprogram the "Big Red" power button to now execute the "ALL ON" function. Back with my COMCAST/Motorola 6412 "Silver" remote I used the guidance of CJH's web site(s);

To add functionality to the existing remote.

Is there a way to do it?

Dish doesn't support either learning or macros as far as I'm aware, nor an "all-on" function.

You'll need to buy a good programmable remote I think. Previously I used the One-For-All 8910, and after that one wore out I just got a URC-200 which is just a bit slicker though more expensive and not PC-programmable.
