How much money for the merger?

How much money do you think was wasted by both companies on the now failed merger? All the money could have been used for other services. But now its gone and is paying legal fees and what not. I think maybe 10 million has been wasted.

Well I hope that D* takes the money they get from Charlie and use it against him by building more satellites and out doing him by offering more services and better PQ.

You can't just build more satellites. They don't do much good without licesnses to operate the transponders.

As it is new sats are retiting old ones. Only gain is from spots.

$10 million??? ROFL

Yeah, that will just about cover the postage and long-distance phone bills. Not including the $600 million clause Dish is supposed to pay Direc(I think that is so bogus BTW), I'm guessing this cost both companies a cool $75-$100 million combined.
