HR10-250 Cant find Satellite B and C on Tuner 2

[HD-1080p]

I have a HR10-250 with two coax running to it one coax is in sat 1 the secound one is in sat 2 the tuner on one can see sats a,b,c but tuner 2 can only see sat a. The two lines are comming from a Eagle Aspen S-4180-GX+. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

Try swapping the inputs and see if the problem swaps.
Try using a different output from the multiswitch.

I have tryed that and the problem will go to tuner 1 then. I have also tryed a diffrent output and get the same result. The cable is one sold piece.

Since the problem switched to tuner 1, it isn't the HR10.
Try bypassing the multiswitch and connect the HR10 to two lines from the dish. I suspect you have a bad multiswitch.
