View Full Version : Season Pass Manager
We recieve all our local channels OTA. My wife has all her programs set to record on the HD channels. (13.1 etc.) Now all of a sudden when she goes to view upcoming episodes for certain programs to be recorded, the HD channel is not showing up on the list, only the National feed channel. This is a random occurrance on certain channels, not on all channels.
I tried to do a hard reset, which did not help. Any ideas or suugestions?

I had a similar problem that started today with my DVR. the shows on season pass didnt record. i talked to CSR for over and hour. i deleted all of my season passes and re entered them, and it works for now.

What brand/model DVR do you have?
Whe you say "locals", do you mean your over-the-air HDTV local channels, or DirecTV's local channels? Or both?

HR10-250.
We use OTA to record our network shows, but for some reason, and it seems to be random, it is showing the shows to record on the D* national network feeds, which we don't even recieve.
Not every channel or show, just some.

Under the "Channels I Receive" menu, remove those East & West network channels. And be sure that your desired local network stations are selected there. You might also need to delete and re-create those Season Passes selecting your desired local station instead of the East/West network channels.
Amazing, the next morning it was fixed all by itself. We don't have a clue. Oh well, all's well that ends well!
