Season Pass not working on locals

My DVR wont record my locals that i have season passes on. i deleted them all and reentered them. when i go to see what are the upcoming events on the season pass it shows them airing on NBCE or NBCW. I have a local NBC. this has never been a problem for 3 yrs.

any help would be great. i spent over 4 hrs on phone with CSR and they dont know.

I have an R10. its never been a problem for over 3 yrs. i got an update yesterday and now it doesnt work. it will record any show i hit the record button on. and the season pass works on non local channels. just not the local. for some reason it wants to tape the east and west locals.

Under the "Channels I Receive" menu, remove those East & West network channels. And be sure that your desired local network stations are selected there. You might also need to delete and re-create those Season Passes selecting your desired local station instead of the East/West network channels.
