Blonder Tongue Labs makes CATV and SATV stuff, so it's possibly a box for cable companies using Dish as a channel source?

QPSK/QAM seems to be their big thing currently (http://www.blondertongue.com/) but they make tons of stuff.

Their model 6189A is a QAM transcoder compatable with E*

A few weeks ago we updated our main page at http://www.dbstalk.com/home.php to update our software revision chart to point to Echostars software chart.

Glad to see it back.
