FSNBA pixelated on 4/8

I am new to HD so this may be a dumb question. I seem to get FSN Bay Area on channel 96 and I'd like to watch the Giants game there. The picture is horribly pixelated and the sound and picture continuously breakup. Is this because my dish is not properly alligned or a problem at the FSN end. I get FSN in SD just fine. Any way to tell which transponder and sat channel 96 comes in on. I have a HR20.

LarryS The symptoms you are describing seem like it's a Directv issue. I previously had those problems with games on my RSN HD channels here in the NY Area in the past. I knew it was a Drectv issue because I also have HD with cable and was able to compare. The problem eventually went away but only after advising the RSN channels. Speaking with Directv will get you nowhere.
