Does anyone know how to get through to customer reyention? I called the old number (800-824-9081) and all that got me was regular customer service. They asked for PIN.
Also what are some of the latest deals some of you have got for HD hook up?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance. The second you say you want cancel to any regular CSR you will likely hear them reply, "please hold while I transfer you to someone that can assist you." No special numbers or PINS needed. :D

Right. Just call the regular number and at the voice prompt say "cancel service". You'll get retention every time.

They won't give you a 5-lnb dish and HD-DVR unless you re-up your commitment.
It is rare to get the HD-DVR for free, even with a new commitment.
