Let me get is started by compiling my list of bugs with 4.01. Please add yours to the list, but don't explain and tell us your whole story, just list the bugs.

I've experienced 1, 2, 4 and 5.

I haven't had any issues for awhile until the 4.01 update, and now I am seeing all of the problems decribed above. It almost messed up the premiere of Soprano's yesterday!

A Dish installer was at my home over the weekend to replace a faulty switch and he said that a solution he found to the 4.01 problems was to power off the unit, disconnect the feeds, turn back on and run a check switch to clear the switch matrix, and then reconnect and reboot the unit. So far. my 622 has perfromed much better, especially the slow channel changes.

Count me in for 2,3,4 and 5. Worked for 13 months with few issues.:nono2: New (refurb) 622 on the way. Bet it won't fix the issues.

Strange, that I have not seen one single bug with my 622 with L4.01.. Actually other than the the Local OTA Scan causing a reboot and the pause live problem I am not seeing any real bugs in my 622 that still has L3.66.. Guess I have just been luck so far.

5 Second Channel Change times.

That's quite a list. I have a few more that aren't mentioned. Where do I report those?

My 622 lost local locks the morning after 4.01, did a soft reboot and not a single problem since.

I have lost sat locks in the 40s and 50s some days. I also have audio fluctuations while the other tuner is recording something. It will either get louder or lower when it first starts a timer on the other tuner. THis is new to L4.01. I did not have it before.

What's the point of listing a bug with no data? Does no good for those trying to fix bugs.
