I've got an HR10-250 with a 3 LBN dish. I've been recording the NGC HD sneak peaks on either channel 95 or 98 without a problem up until the current sneak peaks 11 and 12. Sneak peak 11 was on channel 98 at 6PM last night. I set it to record but when I went to view it later in the evening, all I had was a black screen with the status bar at 0:00. I hit List and the delete prompt appeared so I deleted it and chalked it up to a simple snafu.
Tonight sneak peak 12 was on channel 98 at 6PM (or maybe 5:30 - can't remember) and again I recorded it. I turned it on about 20 minutes in to the airing and again had a black screen with status bar at 0:00, so I stopped the recording to delete. As soon as I stopped the recording, the show magically appeared showing the fish swimming in glorious HD.
So is there some sort of glitch at the beginning of these 2 sneak peaks that is preventing them from being recorded? Is anyone else having this problem? Is it only happening on HR10s? Or has anyone with an HR20 had this problem?
Each of these sneak peaks are in the guide for Thursday morning on channel 98, so I'll try again to record them. If anyone from D* reads this, maybe there's something in the stream preventing these from recording that you can check? Weird I can watch them live on the HR10 but can't record them.
