MDU Installer for NYC - Help

Hi everybody, I have been lurking for awhile and now I need some help. I was planning to subscribe to D* but I just learned that the company that installed and maintains the equipment in my apartment building is pulling the plug on our service next week and is taking everyhting with them. The word I got from the building's management is that they are unsure as to whether they'll be able to get another MDU installer. That sounds crazy since NYC has to be the #1 market for MDUs. Does anyone know any MDU installers in the NYC area and what their expereince has been. Please don't make me go to cable - I enjoy these forums too much.
