I just started getting guide data on the channel 17 block today.

I think the only thing missing now is the TPTHD guide info. I'll update the post...

I noticed that, too. Thanks for the post. It is good to see others from the Twin Cities posting on here.

Finally remembered to go in and update the guide info. TPTHD (2.2) is the only remaining major channel that needs the guide info.

After a rescan of my local channels, FOX (9-01 and 9-02) no longer has guide information. :( TPT-HD (2-02) still does not have guide information.

I am in the Twin Cities area - using an H20 and HR20.

I have a recurring problem with my Fox OTA. Both units constantly lose the 9-1 Fox channel, and replace it with KAWE (9-1 in Bemidji). It requires a reboot and local market rescan to bring Fox 9-1 back.

Is anyone else in the Minneapolis area having this problem??

Thanks

Guide information is back for 9-1 and 9-2. If you are missing guide data, do a rescan of local channels (or specifically channel 26 to get 9-1 and 9-2). Information here - http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?t=94891.

Are you located on the north side? I'm on the south side and have never had this problem.

South side - It happens on HR20 and H20.

Most of the time it just loses Fox 9-1 (I receive Searching for signal... 771). The KAWEDT channels usually appear when I perform a Local (OTA) scan/setup.

Do you have KAWEDT (9-1, 9-2, 9-3, etc.) in your Off-Air Channel setup (Edit) list??

Also, do you select a secondary off-air market (I don't, but KAWEDT still shows up) when you do an OTA scan?

Nope, those don't show up on my Dish receiver's list nor my tv tuner's list. Boy, either you have a really good antenna or the Directv receivers are much more sensitive than Dish Network receivers!

I have a fringe UHF antenna mounted in my attic.

I don't believe the UHF antenna has any effect on the channels that appear in my channel map - since I have 0 signal on the KAWE channel. I believe this information is coming off the D* satellite feed.

Updated to reflect that there is guide data for PBS HD 2-02.
