Ordering Pay Per Views Online Question

I just found out that when you order ppvs online that you get them on all your receivers instead of just one when you order through the remote. However, I have ordered to ppvs online in the last week and have not been able to record them. I tried it on both my HR20s and when I go to the program it does not do anything. It shows the length of the program but will not play it. Does anyone know if you just can't dvr ppvs that you order online? Thanks.

As far as I know this is a known bug. You can order via remote, record and watch later.

You should be able to record any ppvs that you order online, ivr, or through your remote.
