Caller I.D.

I just subscribed to caller ID and it does not work on my R-15 300 106C... I turned the notices on and reset twice and nothing.... Now I know before I turned it off I would get a message about subscribinh to it, but now nothing and no call log. I checked my D10 and it has a log and everything is ok with it. I searched previous threads and they were all old ones that said wait for the next update. Is it working yet or not? Thanks in advance.

My R15-500 works perfect.Maybe a reformat?.:confused:

Just wait a few days, do a RBR spin around tree times and it may start working. I have experienced that on 106C caller ID is very erratic.

I had the same problem when I first received my -500. I did a reformat and the unit has worked great since. Going on over a year now. This may work for you as well, but keep in mind that the reformat has been a hit and miss with some people.

You might want to check out some of the tips here, although the R15 might be different from the HR20's Caller ID hardware/software ....

I agree. After several months I have now recently seen where no matter how many times I set the caller ID to display the message, after a few days it somehow sets back to 'off'. Strange. Also, still have to empty the file after 25 calls.:(
