what exactly do i have to say to the csr to "move" will they ask alot of questions

unless you give them a reason to think you're lying why would they question anything you say? just tell them you're moving.... it doesn't matter how you say it.

Just say, "I would like to change my service address please but for now, I'd like to leave the billing address the same. Would you take care of that for me immediately, please?" Then shut up and dont volunteer any explanations other than give them the new address.
