My installer did a good job but had a time between 110 and 129. Being I am new to E* and not use to these low numbers, I wanted to post em and get input.
Edited 3 hours later. 2nd signal number is after adjusting east to west on dish.

Edited at 13:40 with 3rd set(2nd on 119). Adjusted elevation SLIGHTLY.

Is there anywhere that I can see what channel is on what transponder. 119 has 90-100's. All this on a clear day.

The channel chart is in the Echostar Knowledge base: http://ekb.dbstalk.com/

Thanks. It seems all the channels I use on these two have at least 70. Still seems low.

I would like to see better numbers than those on your system. It may take a while at the dish to tune it in any better. Did the installer seemed rushed and ready to say "good enough" and run off to the next job/home for the night?

No, not really. He seem more concerned about getting 129 in the 80's than 110.

My skew is 138 and the elevation is 38-39. Being that I not familiar with aiming, would adjustments to either pull 110 in a little better or is 70's ok? In Charleston, Sc.

You know, I get about the same numbers on the 119 and 110 as well. Like DiscHD I get on a good day like 80. Been like that for a while, just don't know why.

Well, just by tinkering I increased 110 and 129 which was my goal. We don't get alot of rain in Charleston so maybe itll never be an issue.
