There were many questions about receiving Sky Angel over broadband internet (IPTV).

Since E3 is slowly dying and SA has no satellite to replace it, I guess SA is thinking about switching to IPTV distribution. They could then sell their satellite license/transponders to Dish and receive a nice cash payout.

Pending FCC approval ... IPTV would be an option but is a complete departure from the original vision. Instead of limiting subscribers by those with reception of a satellite they would limiting to those with broadband. Hopefully they would run both.

This may be because they were talking about Sky Angel in Canada. It is now or will be soon by broadband.
