TSN and RDS

How come Direct tv dont put TSN and RDS in the sports pack?

For the same reason that Expressvu and Star Choice do not have HBO & Showtime:

Geographical broadcast rights.

I would settle for Comcast Sports Net from Philly and Action Sports Network from Portland, Oregon; but I'm not holding my breath.
