In the past, I recall that some posters advised new HR20 users to perform a "reset everything" upon installation, just in case. However, I believe this advice was given when the HR20 was more problematic than it is now. (I may also be misremembering, so bear with me).
I've got an install scheduled for Sunday. Is there any reason to do a "reset everything" or is it enough to have the box download the latest software version?
And one related question: are new installs ever performed with refurbished units and does that make a difference in whether I should take any additional setup steps?
Thanks.
BTW, I should thank everyone (well, almost everyone) who posts here as I've learned much by lurking for the past 6 months while waiting for the HR20 to get to a point that I felt I could replace my existing equipment without fear of a full-blown disaster.
