I know this is covered somewhere in this forum, but I'm not finding a definitive answer.
I keep getting:
"This episode was partially recorded because it became unavailable (13)"
For example it occurs consistently on Thurs night at 8PM on Fox with "are you smarter than a 5th grader" and "real wedding crashers" even though these are clearly set to record in the "to do" list up to the actual time of their recording.
Can someone explain what causes error 13 and how to prevent it?
