301 P170

I bought a 301 about three months ago and when I set it up it got P157 and still has it, have not received P170 yet although it was being talked about when I bought the 301.

Anyone any idea how it is rolling out?

Like molasses in January. Still at 157, here. No idea how they decide who gets upgraded when. I once had a theory it had to do with uncleared PPVs, but that's definitely not it. Anyone know?

AFAIK, there are five-six different revisions of the 301 receiver. (A-E from the reports I read). They may look the same externally, but are slightly different internally. No, I don't know how or why. Both of my 301s at home have P157, which have local channel mapping. Go figure.
