Here is a diagram of my setup. My question is how can I add an additional receiver to my existing setup (the easiest way, of course).

Thanks in advance for your help.

Unfortunately you are looking at adding a DPP44 and running a third coax from the DP Single/Dual to that DPP44 - you cannot interrupt the feed between the DPPTwin and the 322 (or the 622) as you suggest in your picture any other way.

You could also switch to a Dish 1000.2...it has a DPP Triple integrated LNB that will run up to three receivers. I know the W bracket and LNB differ from the regular 1000, not sure if the polar plate and reflector are different or not. I don't have any regular 1000s any more or I would pull one out and compare the polar plates.

Just might be one alternative to look into.

The new 1K.2 plates are just a little bigger.
It doesn't matter what he does, He needs another line coming from the dish.
Either 1K.2 or a DP44.will do the trick.

Just a comment on your diagram:

I usually combine the tuner 1 and tuner 2 modulators in a high frequency splitter/combiner, then distribute the signals.

Parents can monitor what the kids are watching on the other tuner from either TV.

And it's handy to have both tuners available in any regard.

Sometimes I have to throw a 15 dB amp in the path if I am mirroring to all the TV sets in the house.

if i got that DPP44 switch, how would i wire the system?

The 3 LNBs plug into input ports on the DPP44. The LNB plugged into the DPP Twin will go to the DPP44 instead. The 2 receivers you unplugged from the DPP Twin will go to receiver ouputs of the DPP44, along with a new line to the new receiver.

Someone else will need to explain the order of the diplexers and power inserter.

Power inserter must go into port #1. No thing between inserter and switch.

Diplexers must be between the switch and the receiver.
