OK install

Long time reader, first time post.

I had my old DirecTivo and my 3 LNB replaced yesterday with the HR20-100S and a 5 LNB. The installed was pretty green with DirecTV (recently came over from Dish) and wasn't too familiar with the HR20. He had some problems getting it to communicate with the sats during setup, but eventually got it worked about. I took him about 2 hours to replace the dish and swap out the receiver...probably could have been done in less than 1 hour by a more experienced installer, though.

It does take some time with the new dish to set up. I believe a lot of us it took the installer 1 to 3 hours to get everything up and running.
