Hi all ---
I am considering a Dish 6000 for my new HDTV, but I saw a strange phenomenon when I went to the strore to look at the box. There was a 6000 hooked up to a number of TV's in the store (16x9 and 4x3 of various manufacturers). On all of the screens, when the program material was 4x3 and there were bars on each side, the picture was shifted. ie: The blakc bars on the sides were not even. It looked as if the picture was shifted 20% or so towards one side of the screen. Is this a problem with the 6000 receiver? ....or is it some setup issue that the store needs to fix in the menu of the 6000?
Just wondering..
