HR20 and Vizio GVL42

I have a Vizio GVL42 LCD. Occasionaly (almost once a day) I turn it on, and it does not have a pic, but does have sound.

I cut it off, cut it back on, everything is fine. I am using the HDMI, is the HR20 causing the problem, or my Vizio?

If the problem is solved by cycling the power on the tv, then I'd say it's the tv.
